Silver Package
Silver: Total Invoice $658.90 ($600 service + 6% sales tax + 3.6% merchant fee)
· We will review all of your current documents if you have them, and if they require extensive re-working or re-writing, amending, or modifying to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the program. If it is a review, we will ask for your Articles of Organization/Incorporation or Certificate of Formation; OR, we will provide all of your new documents listed below:
o LLC/Partnership/Sole Prop: Operating Agreement, Meeting Minutes of the Members and or Managers, etc.
o Corporation: Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, Shareholder Agreement (not required), Stock Ledger, Stock Certificates, Meeting Minutes of the Shareholders and Directors, etc.
o Partial questionnaire and attestations assistance
Gold Package
Gold: Total Invoice $988.34 ($900 service + 6% sales tax + 3.6% merchant fee)
· We will review all of your current documents if you have them if they require extensive re-working to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the program. If it is a review, we will ask for your Articles of Organization/Incorporation or Certificate of Formation; OR, we will provide all of your new documents listed below:
o LLC/Partnership/Sole Prop: Operating Agreement, Meeting Minutes of the Members and or Managers, etc.
o Corporation: Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, Shareholder Agreement (not required), Stock Ledger, Stock Certificates, Meeting Minutes of the Shareholders and Directors, etc.
o Full questionnaire and attestations assistance and preparation
o Assistance with the SAM.gov process
o Full-service to ensure compliance prior to your application submission.
o Tailored service to the specific needs of your business and goals for the long-term in terms of your business and management structure.
Recertifications, Material Changes or you are COMPLETELY READY for INITIAL APPLICATION
Bronze: Total Invoice $329.45 ($300 service + 6% sales tax + 3.6% merchant fee)
· We will review all of your current documents for your recertification or your submission of material changes to your current certification.
· · If you are an INITIAL application and feel completely confident with your current documents but would like an extra set of eyes prior to submission, we will review all of your documents and provide feedback. We do not upsell, however if there is extensive work that needs to be done, this would need to be upgraded to the Silver package, the difference between the two packages cost.
