· The SBA Application for Certification being sought is NOT currently Active with the SBA. This means that it is an Initial Application, for the purposes of the Unified Cross Platform, or a Re-Application that has not yet been entered into “current active” status. It is understood that if the Applying Party has an active application and seeks assistance from Valor Cert, that the Applying Party will withdraw their current application and begin again after completion of this Service. This is open to those who have been Denied/Declined (after waiting the requisite 90 days), or have previously Withdrawn their application or had it Administratively Removed/Returned to Business.
· It is understood that neither representative of Valor Cert is an attorney, legal or tax professional, accountant nor do they in any way represent the opinions or beliefs of the federal government, nor do they represent the federal government in this private transaction.
· It is understood that this service is to primarily provide binding governing documents for the purposes of SBA Certification for SDVOSB/VOSB, EDWOSB/WOSB, HubZone and 8(a) per their regulatory requirements, in accordance with the specific CFRs for the Program Certification being sought. These documents will be submitted by the Applying Party, on behalf of the Applicant Firm. The provided Applicant Firm’s official governing documents, pre- and post-Certification, WILL be the official and legally binding governing documents for the Applicant Firm. THIS IS NOT MEANT TO SIMPLY RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATION. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED POST-CERTIFICATION, MUST GO THROUGH THE MATERIALS CHANGE PROCESS WITH THE SBA. ALL ATTESTATIONS ARE CONSIDERED FEDERAL EVIDENCE, AND BEING DISHONEST IS PERJURY UNDER THE STATUTE. The documents may require amendments for Certification that may not be normal business practice for the Non-Qualifying Owner. This service is to allow the Qualifying Owner, as majority 51% OWNER, with UNILATERAL CONTROL, to gain the Certification sought for bidding on federal contracts and the purchase of surplus land/assets.
· We do NOT want any PII to be presented to us, as it is unnecessary for our mission to help you with Certification. Please ensure all PII is redacted from information you may send to us. The BEST WAY WE CAN PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION (PII) IS TO NEVER HAVE HAD IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
